Hello and welcome! I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and expect to graduate in December 2026. I approach therapy through a collaborative, strength-based lens, meeting clients where they are and supporting them on a journey of self-growth and self-discovery. I offer individual therapy in a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you are encouraged to show up as your authentic self. I believe that no past experiences, current challenges, or future fears are too big to overcome and that therapeutic work allows for self-actualization and personal alignment.
