A trusting therapeutic bond is the first step in any psychotherapy. I provide psychotherapy and counseling to clients in Canada and worldwide. Many of my clients are referred by their family doctors, friends, or family members. My private office in North York, Toronto, is where I see my in-person clients. However, I also offer online psychotherapy and counseling via Teletherapy. In our first sessions, I make a brief assessment based on the client's information. My approach combines psychodynamic, REBT, Mindfulness, SFBT, and systemic family and couple therapy, which can be applied as eclectic or specific method fordifferent clients.
