I am a registered psychotherapist who has been working in the field since 2012, and have been the owner of my own private practice - “New Leaf Therapy” since 2022. I am passionate about making my clients feel safe and supported. I recognize how challenging it can be to be vulnerable; I aim to provide a warm and inviting environment for all walks of life. I have experience in treating anxiety, mood disorders, depression, suicidal ideation, trauma and PTSD, and relationship challenges. I utilize an attachment and trauma informed approach with all of my clients.
