I treat “people, not problems” and supports clients achieve meaningful psychological growth and change, whatever the presenting issues might be. I honour the sanctity of every human being, while seeing each individual existing within various webs of relationships with people, beliefs, and cultures. My experience as a therapist has taught me that many ailments and dysfunctions stem from an unmet fundamental need for connection, to self and others; to love and be loved, which can be experienced as feeling safe and simultaneously vulnerable. I draw on a variety of evidence-based practices, and spirituality, upon request.
