I’m a Certified Canadian Counsellor (C.C.C.) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology & Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto. Growing up in South Africa and volunteering in neurology wards in Cape Town hospitals instilled in me a profound respect for diverse walks of life. These experiences continue to shape my warm, grounding, client-centred approach.
