I am a white, cis-female, queer, creative woman, and I go by Heidi! Art therapy is a great way to hack the therapeutic process. Trying to work through something tough, but you can’t talk about it — or you don’t want to? Art Therapy gives you a way to express yourself that doesn’t require you to, or to be “good at art”! Art gives your brain a way to get things out that our conscious mind doesn’t want to think about. So much of our relationship conflict comes from what’s not being said. What are you not saying?
