I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a partnership where both you and I bring strengths to the table to overcome challenges impacting the life you want to live. All people have the capacity to heal, and the problems that bring you to therapy do not have to define who you are. I will support you in becoming the person you want to be, whether that be by healing from past trauma or by dealing with current issues that may be getting in your way.
