You’re exhausted from managing emotions that sometimes feel too big to hold. Maybe grief arrives in waves, or you're trying to make sense of the complexities surrounding loss. You want understanding, relief, and a gentle place to land. I often work with people who feel deeply; those experiencing complex grief, including suicide loss, sudden loss, and loss of a parent in youth. Additionally, I work with anxiety and trauma. I hope to provide a space rooted in support, compassion, and warmth where these feelings will be seen as real, valid, and meaningful. Clients often describe me as warm, kind, and (at least a little bit) funny.
