Hi, I'm Hayley. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. You have just taken a huge step in bettering your mental health. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, stuck, or disconnected, and they are unsure of how to move forward, but they know they want something to change. Together, we focus on building confidence, balance, and self-compassion, using humor and perseverance to navigate challenges along the way. My goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves, rediscover what makes them feel alive, and remember that growth is always possible, even in the toughest moments.
