The therapeutic relationship is everything to me. I truly believe that healing happens in connection, and I take that seriously. My goal from the start is to create a space that feels genuinely safe, collaborative, and like it was made for you. Most people come to me at a point where the usual ways of coping just aren't cutting it anymore. The anxiety that won't quiet down, a low mood that's quietly settled in, burnout, relationship strain, the disorientation that comes with a big life change. Or sometimes just a feeling of being stuck without totally understanding why.
