I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I support clients who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, or intense emotions that are hard to manage. Some are also navigating cultural or identity-related stress within cross-cultural families. I help clients build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and better understand patterns in their relationships. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for growth and self-understanding. I am currently accepting new clients.
