Getting to know you—your strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and aspirations—is a huge part of what I do. My goal is first to create a collaborative & empowering relationship (where you feel safe enough to explore the challenges life has thrown at you). From there, based on who you are and what you want to achieve, we choose a practice modality that feels right. I work with teens, young adults, new parents, autistic folx, those navigating life-altering changes, living with complex and socially engendered trauma, and BPD. I am queer & trans-positive, neurodiversity-affirming, and ascribe to the social model of disability.
