You've probably tried to change the pattern; eat better, put down the drink, say the right thing, follow the plan. And maybe it worked for a while — until it didn't. Because what has become 'the problem' was once a solution. I help people get underneath it — the shame, old wounds, the ways we learned to survive that stop working over time, all that's keeping you stuck. I work to help you become whole, not just functional. My work is shaped by years of experience in treatment centers, creating and leading recovery programs, and a personal understanding of what it means to struggle, grow, and reconnect with yourself.
