I am a friendly, non-judgemental, patient and compassionate professional who aims to help you develop the skills to overcome your struggles and improve your overall life satisfaction. I understand it may be hard to open up; however, I will ensure you feel heard, comfortable and supported throughout this process. I provide in-person and virtual sessions for children, teens and adults, and have offices in Mississauga and Forest Hill.
