Hi, I'm Gregory. I'm a licensed counsellor candidate with the ACCT. I provide counselling services at accessible rates to individuals and couples, all across Canada. Counselling is about taking meaningful steps toward a better outcome, the first of which you've already taken by coming here to read my bio. Once we meet, I can help you through the remainder of the journey to a happier, healthier life. I see counselling as a collaborative, goal-oriented process where clients gain insight about themselves. I create a trusting relationship where clients find relief from stress, non-judgmental support, and positive strengths-based change.
