For as long as I can remember, I have always been interested in people's stories. You can expect that I will be genuinely interested in yours. My approach is to listen to your story with sincere curiosity and without judgement. I believe that growth happens when we step out of our comfort zone and allow ourselves to be brave and vulnerable. Building a strong therapeutic alliance where you can feel safe to explore your struggles is my fundamental goal as a therapist. I am accepting new clients and I am available for in-person and online sessions.
