I specialize in supporting teens, kids, women, and college-aged girls. Together, we focus on finding goals, resolving anxiety, and other mental health issue. Which are quite treatable using positive psychology as a valuable tool for feeling supported and safe to talk about absolutely everything. A trusted psychologist reminds others of their strengths, how to center, self-regulate and feel solid in oneself. For decades, I have treated ambiguous issues, and offer compassionate therapy with anxiety, and low self-esteem. Additionally, I support families and LGBTQ+ individuals.
