Taking that first step to ask for assistance can be extremely difficult. I am a registered social worker with over twenty-five (25) years of experience working with children, youth, adults, couples and families in the field of family dynamics, trauma, grief and mental health. I operate from a client centered strengths-based approach where we can work through things collaboratively.
