My ideal clients are those who possess a spark of curiosity. If you are curious about the things you have survived and how it impacts you today, my invitation is simple: let’s get curious together. I welcome individuals and youth who are ready to explore the deeper story of their resilience, who are navigating complex life transitions, processing intergenerational or systemic trauma, or feeling disconnected from their sense of self. By weaving together the strengths of Indigenous ways of being with Western clinical therapeutic interventions, we explore with curiosity so that trauma no longer controls the present.
