I am a Metis, neurodivergent (Autism, Combined ADHD) woman with over 20 years in counselling and mental health experience, including working with those who have diagnosed mental health issues. My practice is aimed at creating a safe space for all humans, with a particular focus on creating a safe and trauma-informed space for LGBTQ2S+, neurodivergent and Indigenous folks. I have been gifted the opportunity to work with many trans and nonbinary individuals and relationships, as well as to provide a safe space for those navigating polyamory/ENM relationships.
