Thoughts, behaviours, emotions—they all have meaning. They reflect ways we've learned to cope and survive through various challenges, and they are often the way our body tries to communicate to us. I help my clients explore these meanings and messages by creating space to feel seen, heard, and understood. Many of my clients struggle with self-doubt, loss of control, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected. Together we work to build awareness, find coping strategies, and foster meaningful connections. Healing is not about fixing what’s “wrong”—it’s about recognizing the strength in how you’ve survived and learning how to thrive.
