I have helped many different types of clients with many different types of mental health struggles and personal difficulties. I have a great deal of experience helping those navigating life transitions including divorce, loss, empty nest and retirement. I can offer therapy services for those experiencing depression and anxiety as well as coaching to help gain clarity in your life, help you achieve your goals and work through any obstacles that might be getting in your way. Additionally, I am able to help you overcome insomnia and sleep issues. When we meet, we can identify whether therapy or coaching is a better fit at this time.
