Hello! I'm Dr. Chang, a Child, Adolescent, and Family Psychologist who has worked/trained at multiple hospitals across Ontario. When you start to see changes in your child, whether that may be restrictive eating behaviours (e.g., cutting out sweets, eating smaller portions), compulsive behaviours (e.g., handwashing), social withdrawal, or avoidance of things they enjoy, it can be hard to know what to do. Many parents start to worry that their child may have anxiety, depression, ocd, or an eating disorder and want to find support.
