The resources for coping with past, present and future challenges include: inner strength, connection to others, and the ability to manage change. As a caring professional, I help people facing difficult circumstances to move beyond their limitations. Life can be overwhelming. Relationships, mental, emotional, or physical health struggles, tragedy, trauma can be difficult. For over 30 years, I have been helping people face these issues through my work in social services, child protection, community work and as a Clinical Counsellor. I believe that anyone who wants to face life’s challenges well can benefit from counselling.
