New clients welcome! Being an adult can be hard! Navigating relationships, work, parenting, and day-to-day stress is enough in itself; add in trauma and negative self-talk, and in time you are left feeling helpless and asking yourself, “What now?”. You want to feel better but despite your best shot it just isn't happening. As a wife, mom, friend, former teacher and therapist, I get it (really, I do!) I offer individual and couples therapy where you will will have the opportunity to feel seen and heard, to heal, and to see yourself as the amazing human you've always been.
