I have been a social worker for over a decade. I enjoy helping adults, parents and youth to enjoy more connection in their relationships, to experience more emotional regulation and less depression and anxiety, and to live their best lives. I’m trained in attachment focused family therapy, trauma treatment, DDP, EMDR, CBT and other modalities. I believe that therapy works best when you feel emotionally safe and accepted for all of who you are. This frees us to share our true thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment, and thus to feel less alone and be able to explore our mind and life in connection with another.
