Welcome! In our work together, I hope to empower you through fostering connection and healing. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients in individual and family therapy to explore life's challenges, engage in meaningful self-reflection and emotional processing, and enhance social connections. In my professional experience, I have worked with children, youth, and adults experiencing mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, behavioural issues, emotional disturbances, trauma, and grief. By taking a holistic approach, my clients can express and explore themselves, while also focusing on social well-being.
