I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and a persistent sense of feeling stuck or disconnected. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who want a deeper understanding of themselves and the patterns shaping their lives. As a senior therapist with years of life experience and advanced training in psychodynamic, somatic, movement, and creative arts therapies, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where clients can slow down, build emotional insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward more connected and meaningful lives.
