Maybe you’re a teen struggling to keep up, a young adult figuring out who you are, or a couple that keeps having the same argument. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to have it all figured out. That’s what this space is for. I work with adolescents, young adults, and couples navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and academic pressure — in Edmonton and across Alberta.
