Do you find yourself wondering why you respond the way you do? Your actions, thoughts, and even your feelings too often don’t align with the person you either want to be or know yourself to be? You find yourself repeating the same patterns, feeling trapped in a loop? I work from the position that we start out with unlimited potential and then “life happens”, our experiences can get stuck, not fully processed or integrated. This can make us more reactive, feeling like we are the mercy of our emotions, thoughts, and actions.
