Men - this is a space where a man is able to be honest, vulnerable and feel safe enough to speak his previously undisclosed inner truth in the presence of other supportive men, and to feel and show emotions other than anger. A place where men can feel their deepest emotions - laugh and cry and restore a true brotherhood. I have run men's groups for nearly 40 years, helping men become more effective and loving husbands, partners, fathers and sons as well as better stewards in their outside world
