Greetings! I know first hand the difficulty in trying to navigate life on the outside, while feeling chaos on the inside. Thank you for taking the courageous step of meeting me here. As a Black female therapist in Ontario, I support a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-worth, workplace stress, imposter syndrome, and racial trauma.
