My passion is to help people make sense of their experiences and see that things can get better. I bring extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with mood disorders, complex trauma and PTSD, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm, with unique expertise in working with teenagers. Together, we work toward comfort, connection, and healing. I’ve recently moved into a new space that I’ve poured a lot of care and thought into, with the hope that it feels warm and welcoming for everyone who comes in. This space is designed to reflect the therapy experience I want to offer: calm, safe, and approachable.
