I'm a Registered Psychotherapist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master's in Counselling Psychology. I specialize in working with high-performing professionals, especially those navigating burnout, imposter syndrome, people pleasing and the quiet weight of carrying too much for too long. Many of my clients are ambitious, driven, and deeply capable people who have simply never had a space that was truly built for them.
