My approach to therapy focuses on helping you become comfortable and confident in your own abilities, while introducing new strategies from evidence-based approaches to help you create a healthier and happier life. Being able to understand your own story and explore the background of your struggles often gives new meaning and an ability to see new solutions to difficult problems. This is what I work towards.
