When words aren’t enough, healing can come through creativity, connection, and care. In therapy, I offer a space where creative expression honors your story and supports your healing. My approach is integrative and multidisciplinary, blending talk therapy with expressive arts to explore what words alone cannot capture. Through drawing, collage, movement, and storytelling, our sessions become a space to process what feels unseen or unspoken. Viewing each person through a systemic and holistic lens allows to understand the many layers of identity, experience, and meaning that shape who you are.
