Feeling distant from your spouse? Fighting with your teen? Struggling with anger, anxiety, depression, or addiction? Experienced trauma? I work with a variety of clients, but particularly enjoy problems in which clients that have felt misunderstood or mistreated. This includes working with adolescents, parent-teen conflict, relationship difficulties in both individuals and couples, addictions, anger or anxiety management, trauma, and Borderline Personality Disorder. In many of the clients I see, fear and confusion are often barriers to a satisfying life. Healing often comes through gaining confidence in areas one can control.
