Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are becoming? Many of my clients come to therapy during major life transitions—grappling with identity, relationships, trauma, or the emotional labor of caregiving and chosen family. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in theatre, learning how stories connect and heal us. Now, I bring that same collaborative, creative energy into the therapy room to help clients explore their narratives, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
