I use a relational style that integrates Western psychology, somatic psychotherapy and Eastern psychological approaches in honoring my patients' experience, their strengths as well as their potential for growth. I am also a certified in Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga and incorporate yogic meditation and breath work. I see the therapy as a collaborative relationship in which I invite patients to actively engage in the process of change. I also provide life coaching in helping patients find greater success in the lives both personally and professionally. I offer Telehealth sessions only as my primary residence is currently in Seattle.
