As a licensed behavioral therapist and life coach, I help couples with marriage and couples counseling; people that have anxiety; and children and adolescents that need behavioral help along with parent training. My evidence-based, practical tools and techniques teaches couples how to support one another and work together as partners. I help to reduce and/or eliminate anxiety through a gradual, systematic, action-oriented approach. I create a custom tailored action plan to address challenging and defiant behaviors in children and adolescents while teaching parents behavior modification strategies, that promote positive change.
