Clients that have benefited the most from my work over the past 30 years, are people who have difficulties with stress, depression, anxiety and symptoms of trauma. People often need a safe, supportive environment to explore their sources of pain and my approach to working with people inspires courage and connection to one's inner wisdom, confidence and creativity. I work with individuals, couples and adult families, and my observation is that people want to be heard, understood and validated in their relationships, families and workplaces. I love to engage clients in discussions that encourage self awareness and and assertiveness.
