I am a compassionate, understanding, non-judgmental counsellor who believes everyone has the right to wellness and balance. I provide insurance-friendly counselling for individuals, couples, families and children. My special area of focus is in helping my clients to free themselves from their painful, traumatic pasts and to achieve personal balance and wellness as they create a fresh start in life. Often, emotional and physical pain is resolved from the inside out as my clients and I interact, and as we work together to arrive at a deeper understanding of their condition and the solutions they seek.
