I wholeheartedly believe in the positive change that therapy can make in our lives. A caring, supportive professional who listens without judgment and keeps you accountable can help guide you through the struggles you encounter. My clients describe me as authentic and warm and someone they feel safe sharing with. I aim to create a connection that allows you to evolve, change and heal. I appreciate humour and often incorporate this in my sessions - therapy isn't always serious! I value inclusivity and feminism, and I welcome individuals and couples of all genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and relationship arrangements.
