I work with teens and adults, including athletes and men who may feel unsure about starting therapy. Many of the people I support are used to pushing through, staying disciplined, and handling things on their own, but internally feel overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly under pressure. You might find yourself overthinking, replaying situations, or unable to fully switch off, even when you’re supposed to be resting. Over time, this can lead to feeling mentally drained, unfocused, or disconnected from yourself, especially after setbacks, life changes, or periods of high stress, responsibility, and constant pressure.
