For the past thirty-five years, I have counselled and supported a diverse range of individuals who are challenged with emotional and psychological issues. I am a qualified Registered Social Worker in good standing with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I have an exceptionally strong commitment to helping individuals and their families optimize overall function and mental health through a collaborative therapeutic journey that focuses on the individual's inter/intrapersonal strengths and develops new skills and strategies.
