As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with New Patterns Therapy, I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages and abilities feel understood, supported, and empowered. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and older adults facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, behavioral concerns, and relationship difficulties.
