As a Registered Psychotherapist, I work with adolescents, adults and seniors using a collaborative approach to best understand the issues they are working with, to generate goals and plans, and to support them as they progress. I endeavor to provide a warm, caring, accepting and nurturing environment to help with the treatment of depression, stress and anxiety, self-esteem issues, sleep problems, relationship issues, anger management and building assertiveness.
