Admitting you need help, and getting it, are probably one of the hardest things to do in life. I work with individuals, couples and families. As a counsellor who works with individuals, I help clients identify their problem, collaborately set goals with them, and help them discover tools to cope with their struggles on a daily basis. As a couple's therapist, I help clients improve communication, identify what is driving the relationship difficulties, and help the couple move towards the desired dynamic in the relationship. As a family therapist, I help families resolve their conflicts and improve communication.
