My ideal clients are individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, low mood, or burnout, and often feel disconnected from themselves or unsure how to move forward. Many are neurodivergent or navigating challenges with identity, self-worth, and their inner critic. They may struggle to regulate emotions, feel stuck in patterns, trauma, or question what a meaningful, fulfilling life looks like. They’re looking for a safe, understanding space, along with practical tools and support. Ultimately, they want to feel better, understand themselves more deeply, and build a life that feels aligned and worth living.
