Hello my name is Chris, I am a registered psychotherapist (RP) and board-certified music therapist (MT-BC). I feel passionate about mental health, community, and connecting with people. My previous experience in front-line mental healthcare including palliative, addictions, and homelessness work has shown me the role that trauma plays in our lives and the importance of relationship in healing.
